Booking at Celebrity Vogue Photography

• All bookings must be prepaid.
• Session fees are not refundable.
• Only two appointment changes will be accepted per customer.
• Notice of change of appointments must be given 48 hours prior to the original appointment.
• Session fee will be forfeited on weekend booking cancellations.
• All promotional prizes, including donations must be confirmed within 28 days.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months and are not refundable.
• Celebrity Vogue Photography reserves the rights to refuse service to behaviour or requests they deem inappropriate.
• Some credit cards may incur a surcharge.
• GST is included in all our prices.

About Your Photographs

• Artistic Copyrights © of the images created by the studio are retained by Celebrity Studios Pty. Ltd. Unauthorised duplication of whole or part of the images is illegal. Copyrights leasing may be available available on application.
• You will be required to choose your photographs on the day of your appointment. No alterations of photograph orders will be considered after the order has been finalised and signed upon.
• A file retrieval fee of $25.00 may apply to late and re-orders.
• Terms of lay-buy are available for orders over $500.00.
• Celebrity Vogue Photography reserves the rights to restrict some art, group and family photographs to a minimum size of 20" x 30" inches.
• Celebrity Vogue Photography reserves the rights to use their professional photo retouching services. Some correctional details may be subtly visible.
• For quality control reasons, any orders placed at a later date may not be considered.
• All photographs and frames must be paid in full and collected within 21 days of completion or a 20% recovery charge may apply.
• Photograph prices may change without notification.
• Print sizes may vary from print to print, and they might differ from the indicative sizes listed.
